About "Lead With Laughs:"
We have been conditioned to believe that “work isn’t the time or place to laugh,” but studies have conclusively shown that this couldn’t be further from the truth. Organizations that have integrated humor into their workplace culture have seen increases in productivity, collaboration and communication, and the ability to adapt to change and adversity, all while showing a reduction in workplace stress and sick days.
