Chamber Luncheon - January 2020

Join us in the new year for the January Chamber Luncheon!
Sponsored by Corrigan Krause, we will gather to celebrate the many success of 2019 and show appreciation for your endless support.

Meal selections this month include: 
1.) Chicken Caprese – sautéed all natural chicken served on a bed of crushed Italian tomato sauce, topped with fresh basil leaves, melted fresh Buffalo Mozzarella cheese, sliced heirloom tomato and finished with a balsamic reduction and served with farfalle pasta and garlic buttered zucchini
2.) Spinach Salad with Salmon - crumbled Applewood bacon, shaved red onion, sliced mushrooms and baby tomato topped with pan-seared cold water salmon and served with a lemon vinaigrette dressing
3.) Squash Stuffed Ravioli - sautéed with a blend of wild mushrooms, yellow bell pepper, and oven roasted tomatoes
