CHRIS SCHNEIDER
Partner, Handshake Digital
With more than twelve years of experience in website design and development, Chris’ focus recently shifted towards better implementing e-commerce marketing and advertising strategies for Handshake’s clients.  Previous experiences in corporate, small agency, and freelance environments gave him the knowledge to be able to balance his passion for problem-solving with his intuitive creativity.
 
When not hard at work, he spends his time working around his yard, cheering on Cleveland sports teams, and enjoying the company of his wife, three children, and their dog.
 
PAT ROUTA
Partner, Handshake Digital
Pat is the creative mastermind behind Handshake Digital. He holds a B.F.A. in Visual Communication Design from Kent State and works on Handshake Digital’s branding and the more artistic aspects of designs. He worked as a freelancer for a company in San Francisco, and at a small Cleveland-based agency before founding Handshake Digital with Chris.
 
Pat spends his free time renovating his house, attending Browns games with his Dad, and playing with his dog, Iggy.
