Tri-C's Personal Health and Well Being Lecture Series presents Impact of Lack of Physical Activity

Join us for the third event in the Personal Health and Well-Being lecture series, Westshore's signature event series! In a world where stress, uncertainty, and constant demands take a toll on our daily lives, prioritizing personal health and well-being has never been more important. The topic of this event is Impact of Lack of Physical Activity.


Presenter Chris Faciana, Program Director, Sports and Exercise Studies at Cuyahoga Community College

Chris Faciana currently serves as the program director of Tri-C’s Sport and Exercise Studies program. He has over 15 years of experience as a fitness specialist with a variety of public and private organizations. Faciana has worked in a variety of health care settings, including the Parma Medical Center for cardiac rehabilitation and Nationwide Insurance as a health and wellness coach. His experience includes one-on-one health coaching services, designing effective wellness challenges for employees, delivering “lunch and learn” presentations for organizations, and developing strength and conditioning programs for Tri-C athletic teams.
